Saban's responsibility for Tua's injury is miniscule. Saban's responsibility for the vicious and personal kind of negative recruiting that we see today is massive. You're whistling past the graveyard if you don't think this story plays big on the recruiting trail. It's not true but it's completely fair.

Nick Saban's chickens

are coming home

Teams have recruited negatively against Alabama since Bear Bryant was the coach. You couyons are simply obsessed with Bama, even when you win, plain and simple.

Your fear is palpable because you know your current little run is tenuous at best.

You tried this cheesy sports reporter wordplay on the Score Board and it bombed then. Don’t quit your day job

Whine all you want; but there were many in your same fan base that think the same. You only want to quiet and shut it the frick down because deep down in your heart you know Saban looks horrible about this.

But I’ll play your little fricking game. Your boy BitchBoz was trying to bury this thread but you can run but can’t hide!

Absolute nonsense to play him there. Who gives a damn what tua wants ...

Jesus fricking Christ. Bama fans were utterly merciless on Shula for getting Prothro hurt. If Tua goes down and is out vs. Auburn, Saban deserves every bit of wrath that Bama fans can muster.

Saban screwed up massively.

How many 2 minute drills does Tua need? Just enough till you end his career??

LINK

quote:

Saban didn’t do himself any favors with what he said in the interview. Not that he meant it the way it sounded, but it sounded bad.

Really dont matter, he shouldn't have been in there.

Now STFU and get over it. This isn’t about LSU. And I know the last two weeks has your cognitive dissonance kicking in; but this isn’t about LSU! LIAR!

It happened yesterday. I guess since he didn't cancel today you're all good. Whistle on, Sally.

They'll be no defenders left when Alabama loses to the Short Bus in the IB.

Tua would have easily outrun the hit if his ankle was healthy.

same as a healthy Tua would have easily scored the td in the first series vs LSU.

Personally, I thought he should have rested the Miss St game, and told my wife that when he trotted out to start the game.

Oh well. Now I just pray that he heals up to make some NFL money. It would be a shame to miss that, considering his talent.

That said, I'm sure Tua wanted to play, and I'm sure he wanted to finish the half. Just dumb luck. That poor kid has had worse injury luck than any elite player I can think of. And still, he has a positive attitude.
