If LSU, A&M and Georgia win this week then next week will be a (likely) top-5 matchup between LSU and Aggy for 1st place in the SEC.

Anybody think that ESPN Gameday will be there for that game?

Or, asked differently, does anyone care if ESPN Gameday is there for that game?

Hell fricking yes.

1-9 in Gameday matchups, including 0-1 this year.

No thank you.

It’s not likely; they’ve already been to CS this year.

if not gameday then likely SEC Nation will be there

it's not a ton of matchups worthy that week
maybe unbeaten Navy Notre Dame game that's in New Jersey I believe
an unbeaten Indiana maybe could get it hosting Washington
Nashville could have been on the radar as well but I don't think they will look at including Texas second week in a row
or maybe that;s the week they look at a FCS matchup - South Dakota vs South Dakota St

This is likely the key factor here.

I could easily see GameDay going to Nashville next week if Vandy gets ranked.

I think Nashville, CS, or Columbus are the only options for FBS.

They may be looking toward TX v A&M and would definitely not want to be there 3 times.

I could see Navy/Irish getting it. Might be a pretty interesting game, and a place that Gameday hasn't been to (or at least hasn't been to in a long time - longer than I can remember and I'm OOOOOLD).

They could also go to Indiana/Washington, but that's probably not a very interesting game.

Gameday also likes to occasionally go to interesting FCS games, so the S. Dakota vs. S. Dakota State game could be in play.

Overall, though, if it's a top-5 matchup for control of the SEC, with neither team being Bama or Georgia, that could draw them back to College Station.

Plus, per a previous poster aTm has an atrocious record when hosting Gameday, so I'll take an advantage wherever I can find it.

They were just in CS (10/5) for our most recent home game vs Missouri.

It'll likely be the biggest game of the week and one of the most important matchups of the season, so someone should go. I just don't know who.

I give more fricks about what the HOA President thinks about my Halloween decorations than I do where GameDay is.

And I do not give a frick what Karen - yes, that is actually her name - thinks about my Halloween decorations.

I would think Notre Dame vs. Navy at Met Life is very likely.

This is where I think they will go next week, assuming both teams win this weekend.

ND @ GT
Charlotte @ Navy

Haynes King might beat ND, something his former team couldn't do..
that would be an interesting plot twist..

I don't know how often we have to repeat ourselves here but here we go...

GameDay has proven they will go to a campus twice in a year under extenuating circumstances but never a 3rd time.

1: Notre Dame
2: Texas

But keep wishcasting and see what happens
