Nothing wrong with young females in short skirts, just for eye candy though. I can’t stand every game that has a woman announcer, I don’t know what it is because they can’t call a game, it ruins it for me. It’s like having to watch a game next to a person that doesn’t know anything about the game. I just can’t relate.

When Beth Mowins is calling games I tune in for her commentator insight and the eye candy.

ESPN’s programming caters to the low of the low. It’s also nothing but Lebron and Cowboys snooze fest.

I hope ESPN dies, and dies quick. They are too busy being WOKE and turn everything into a soap opera. Not to mention the idiotic on-air personalities.

I remember growing up when Sportscenter was almost required nightly viewing.
YouTube killed the format that made Sportscenter popular when a lof of us were younger. Now their model is to have outrageous blowhards say the most ridiculous shite on TV that will get condensed into small sound bites to generate as many clicks as possible on social media.

ESPN was at its best when they produced Sportcenter once and keep replaying the same Sportcenter until noon. I would watch every replay just like first. Good times

what? paying a bunch of nerds to run a live sportstalk show is pissing away money that's why they're canning people. theyd get more viewers showing pickup hoops in the hood than they do with their moronic talk shows

No doubt. Max Kellerman was being paid 5 Million a year. Why? What other network wanted him? No way was there any return on that investment. Keshawn Johnson was in a 5 year 18 million dollar contract. Again, why? If another network wanted him for that I'd said so be it. That's their stupidity. Just asinine management to do this.

Y’all are gonna be the first ones to go bankrupt, bringing in the Cali schools was a colossally stupid decision
What are you guys gonna do when the mouse's checks go to bouncing?

The SEC will be fine. I can’t think of a single game I’d look forward to watching in your group.
You will think it is fine when ESPN cannot pay you.

All those schools have made big money forever. Unless you are getting a piece of it — why do you care? Seriously can you answer that question? You’re suppose to watch the sport for your team to win. Again, unless you are seeing that cash flow why are you championing about it? Weird flex.

I will be glad to tell you why it matters to me. Everything is about money and exposure. Players will go where they will receive the most of both.

Lol. The Big10 has been making slightly more money than the SEC for years - can you tell me when it’s going to result in championships? Bc your conference has 2 in the last 20 years. And you play the game to win championships right? And exposure to the NFL. And the SEC has way more of both. If slightly more money meant the best players are going there then why does your conference have 2 national titles? From 1 school? We have 16 with 5 different schools - and you’ve made slightly more money than us the entire time.
Please answer these questions since you’re going to flex about the slightly more money your conference makes.

Fewer and fewer recruits will be viewing Disney/ESPN as they continue to fail and lose viewers. In a few years, recruits will not be able to watch SEC games as you lose viewers. It would not surprise me if the SEC ratings become half of that of the B1G.

I have to agree with that, get updated on everything you needed in 1 hour. If you tuned in late, no problem it will play again.

Lol. Again, Big10 gets more views bc of population demographics now and always will - doesn’t translate to championships. SEC still makes a lot of money and a lot of views. 2nd most behind the Big10 for 2 decades. Still way more championships and NFL draft picks. That’s what kids play for. Not television views. Enjoy the money that you personally don’t see. Very strange flex on a sports board.
