It pumps up nobody. More people than not don’t even participate unless it’s a night game and they’re so fricked up by that point you could get them to chant to the Barney the Dinosaur theme.

No one does that anymore at A&M except possibly the yell leaders. That video you are showing is over 30 years old.
I know some of you gump fans suffer from JDS (Jimbo Derangement Syndrome) ever since Jimbo called out Nicky then kicked his arse. My advice would be to remove yourself from the rant for at least three weeks. Once the season starts, check back in and see how you feel. At that time, you will either have full blown JDS which will probably send you to the nuthouse or 'bama will be kicking arse as usual and you will have gotten it out of your system until October 8th.
