Easiest Schedule and Hardest Schedule?

After looking through schedules for almost every team for 2026
Easiest is Bama:

Hardest to me is Ole Miss:
Louisville*
Charlotte

Easiest is Bama:

You're just looking at conference games which can be hard to predict.... look at Vandy last year. Before last season started, most automatically marked that game down as a "W".
But looking at the OOC games, I'd say bama has a harder OOC schedule than ole piss does.

Why would a mostly new 5-7 Florida State team with a coach that's about to be fired be tougher than a 9-4 Louisville team that returns a pretty good amount?

If Bama can run the table in the 3 game stretch vs Georgia, @Tenn, and A&M they should go 12-0.

I don't know why you are getting downvoted here.
But I think that pre season what you posted is for sure true...
And in season one it ended up being true.
However, last year South Carolina, Auburn, LSU and Missouri were all teams on OU's schedule that didn't live up to their billing... So I think OU's schedule didn't end up being as hard as was expected.
This year it looks pretty tough... but who knows how it will turn out.

Our schedule is pretty brutal depending on how some of the teams that were good last year play this year. If we win 5 games I’ll be surprised.
