I doubt he was, likely just tossed out of the game. I would guess unless you swing at a cop or hurt someone enough they want to press charges then it would just be a kick out the door.

And of course drunken disorderly fans are annoying as hell in any fan base, and you'll probably see a lot more like this and worse if you go to games across the country and look for it, but not everybody whips their phone out to document it. Unless you're a top 10 team, and definitely if you're Bama, someone is going to film it now. That's the reality.
Back in 2007, that was the narrative other fanbases had with LSU and their fans, and you had the worst LSU "fans" making tasteless signs and bringing them to the LSU-Bama game at Bryant-Denny and drunkenly shouting at Bama fans during the game. Terrible representation of LSU, but definitely not a fair nor accurate representation of the majority of LSU fans at all.
And now we know, because we've also witnessed a jump in the ratio of stupid drunk Bama "fans" acting out since Bama has been good the past decade because everybody is either suddenly a Bama fan these days, or someone is looking for crap to go viral. Which reminds me of something that of my friends that lives in Tennessee said to me (he's a big UT fan, of course) a couple weeks ago that he'd sure as hell love to have Tennessee be as good as Bama, but he'd also hate to see all the random bandwagoners jump on board identifying as 'fans' like we have right now, because Bama is the CFB equivalent to the Patriots with their level of crazy, stupid fans that give the entire fanbase a bad rep regularly. He claims he's seen people that used to don UT orange suddenly wear crimson and claim they're big Bama fans. But yeah, pretty sure none of that happened much when Shula was coach...there really are cons that come with winning championships, and it's this.

You are right, their whole life is about Al football. It centers around it and they even put it above God. (Some of the Bammers had their bama stuff on in church).

The worst part was the camera work by the person recording it.
