I didn't say the NCAA was fast, whether you believe you'll get punished or not is left to your own personal opinion.
It's foolish to pretend the dude didn't get caught on camera committing an NCAA violation at this point though.

You can pretend anything you want. The reality is this is a clear cut case of lack of institutional control and will result in multiple level 1 violations.
Coming off the show cause Jimbo got recently and you are looking at repeat offender status.
And that's without even getting into last years recruiting class.

It really isn’t. If you think a 4 second video is going to result in multiple level 1 violations you are simply lying to yourself.
Could it result in an investigation? Maybe. Could the findings, if any; from that investigation result in level 1 violations? Possibly.
What he said could have meant any number of things. Sure, you could draw conclusions that it meant something about NIL. You could draw just as many saying it didn’t.
There are about 5 posters on SECrant that pretend to be judge, jury, and executioner in terms of A&M and NIL. Meanwhile about 10 other schools are way more “all in” on NIL and they say nothing about those schools. Your bias is showing.
