I have never seen anybody disrespect Tua. Some point out that he hasn't faced an elite defense this year, which is true. But nobody has said he sucks. Have they?
Several have said something to the effect of "he will be a turnover machine" against good defenses because he makes "dangerous throws".

Haven't seen enough if him to form a real opinion yet. He looks to be an outstanding player. Kid shows poise and good decision making ability, what more do you want, damn.

Tua will gain respect just like all other quarterbacks, by leading his team to victories over good defenses. He has only done this once so far.

Oh hell, I said the same things about Stidham. That's just called wishful thinking. It doesn't mean anything.

No they have not.

If they don't respect Tua by now they just don't want to and won't ever. This is the best QB in America. Nobody comes in a national title game as a freshman and puts up what he does if he's not special.
They won't admit it but the SEC said oh shite when they watched him.

We respect Tua, but find some of your fan base annoying.

Why do Alabama fans care if Tua is validated or not???
We don't. That guy isn't an Alabama fan.

Who won't admit it... I was at that game. And I said "Oh shite" out loud...

Yep. Everyone knows aggies always have a great defense.

Does Tua finally gain your respect if he continues dominating against aTm?
Dude's had my respect since he led Bama to that comeback in the natty, has a rocket for an arm and a deadly quick release almost like a Steve Young-type quarterback (obviously because both are lefties)

I think the kid is good. If he continues putting up big numbers against the strong defenses in the SEC (MSU, LSU, AU), I will happily crown him king of SEC QBs and congratulate Bama on 2 more national championships. He seems like a good kid.

This. No need to make up false disrespect. Performing well against Aggie will dispel any lingering doubt.

Nope. It's been quite the slob fest actually. I think we all know the kid is really good. I just want to see him do his thing against a good defense now that there is more film on him and guys try to game plan for him. With the talent around him, though, it's going to be very hard to shut him down. Will be interesting to see how coordinators try and slow him down. We still haven't really seen him have to use his legs yet and we know he can do that as well.
