No, just that it played a very minor role. tu being a good program with some support is just a minimum qualification, its not an order winner. CDC was the order winner.

I agree the CDC factor played a part. I also think there were some ego situations at play as well where Schloss wasn’t consulted on situations he felt he should have and it pissed him off

There is not a single Texas fan that doesn't think our basketball team is good. We don't even belong in the NIT let alone the NCAA tournament.
