I know nothing of him other than he got stuffed on a 4th down play against LSU that had characteristics of a Kirby Smart type of play written all over it.

Don’t shite on Slade. He has actually done a really good job at Alabama and been successful at every role he’s been given.

Slade made a yuge play against LSU.
4th and 1 and he got st-st-st-stuffed!
He had 4 carries all season (for a whopping 10 yards) - and Coach Sabah gave it to him at midfield on 4th down.

Why do LSU fans randomly think of Bama players. I’m a huge Bama fan and Slade Bolden has never crossed my mind.

Yes, he was our wildcat QB. We only run him on 4th and short, which doesn’t happen very often

He’s not playing baseball at Bama right? He was a pretty good baseball player in high school. Bama probably needs him more on the diamond than on a football field

Slade will likely have a greater role this season. He’s a Swiss Army knife of a player and I can’t wait to see him in action this fall.

Does Leonard Fournette regret not going to Bama, winning a NC, and possibly the Heisman? Of course. If players could see into the future they would do things differently.
