Does Kirby have an agreement with Fromm's family?

Fromm has regressed this year. I'd be pretty worried about Fields starting vs UF if he got experience, but theres no way Kirby is gonna throw Fields out cold and start vs UF.
Fromm has regressed in a major way this year, and unless Fields is completely overwhelmed in practice, I have no idea why Fromm is starting.
