Check out some of the schools with 2021 recruiting classes that are ranked higher than Florida AND with a higher average player rating.

North Carolina
FSU
LSU (and they don't even have a coach)
aTm
Missouri.

Kentucky class is ranked higher, but with an average player rating just slightly below Florida.

Why aren't they calling for Mullens head?
Do they just not care any more?
All of that Florida HS talent and can't out recruit fsu who barely has a pulse for Florida talent?

You act like LSU needs a coach to beat Florida.

They are already writing up his next extension.

Pittsburgh Steelers may be looking for another coach, and the Gators dont want to risk losing Mullen to the nfl. Another extension should keep him in gainesville.

Not sure where we end up but Mullen usually finishes a lot better than he starts.

One of those was a close loss to bama though, so practically a win

Practically?

It was a win. The NFL was calling for Dan Mullen. How could that not be a win?

It is incredible how the state of Florida in general is awful at college football these days. Florida is decent at best, Florida State is putrid, Miami is abysmal, and even teams like UCF that theoretically should be able to take advantage of the floundering of the in-state Big Three are falling on hard times. What gives? How can every program in a state as large and college football-obsessed as Florida be that bad?

UF's facilities are behind most of the SEC schools, but should be catching up soon. The administration is more focused on academics, and the AD is a baseball guy. Also, Dan thinks he knows better than the recruiting services and looks for the 2 star diamonds...lol. Also, Dan's personality is a big negative in recruiting HS kids.
Being a UF fan is rough right now.

I have no idea how tomorrow will go....but he'd better finish strong this year. Games left:

South Carolina
Samford
Missouri
FSU

If he doesn't win out after tomorrow he should be fired immediately.
