the 1947 game. I don't remember this one oddly enough.

Thanks for helping me make my point. The current players don't remember the 2007 game and I doubt Greedy remembers the 2016 game.

Oh, I agree. Absolutely. The game this week is unique to itself. Unless we are talking cigar curse type stuff, for the most part, all these games are unique to themselves.

Like the Alabama series, for instance. People see it as Bielema or whomever just isn't good enough to beat Saban. That's true, but more importantly it's that Arkansas doesn't have the players to beat Alabama this year. Or any other fricking year apparently.

This weekend, LSU is going to beat the frick out of Arkansas.

Arkansas wasn't bad in 07, I believe they went to the Cotton Bowl that year. Had first round pick at quarterback, and two running back's

If I'm Orgeron , I would not overlook them. I can remember 2007 and Arkansas was not that good, took us to OT and ended up beating us, on paper this should not have happened.

This. LSU has showed some grit after that but this same team couldn’t beat Troy. There is that early kickoff also. UF last year also is a friendly reminder why you have to play each game.

The last time Arkansas was in "Death Valley" is another reminder.

Sounds like LSU gets reminded quite often, actually.

That Arkansas team looked better than this one and LSU seemed more demoralized by that Bama defeat than this one.

Still true but if Arkansas wins it would have more of a UF feeling from last year to me.

Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, and Peyton Hillis aren’t walking through that door.

Yeah I think they did go to the Cotton Bowl that year. Trying to remember who they played and if they won.

Two first round running backs, yes.

We didn't have a first round QB though lol, if we did we would have won much more than 8 games
