Apparently you don’t understand the legal system and institutional liability. It would be easy for a lawyer and investigators to track down those responsible for the rumors and postings, reporters, etc that spread those rumors. Yes, auburn Administrators and several board members and boosters could be involved. And don’t think for a second a good law firm would not go after them. He has 18 months from last February to file suit, as does Clesi. AFTER he is terminated, and the first payment is made is when I would expect the hammer to fall. There is no telling how much Harsin could leave with in his pockets.

Hard to feel sorry for someone making millions of dollars, especially pro athletes.

If Auburn fires him, they will give him a heavier severance to agree to no lawsuits. This will be very very expensive for Auburn.
I don't know if they paid off Clesi when she left but she could certainly argue a toxic work environment as well as sexual harassment.

I am certain that is already built into his contract in the form of an NDA.
And since I have to point it out again, that was all internet rumors and fodder and has absolutely nothing to do with the Auburn athletic department

He will get his fricking buyout and he will keep his fricking mouth shut.
You will probably be paying him a lot more than his buyout though.

I won’t be paying him shite. All my Auburn money goes to tuition.
Again, I’m certain he signed an NDA when he signed his contract. He decides to run his mouth he will lose his buyout and will never coach again

Listen counselor, no big time school or company, with an employee making that much leaves loose ends that can result in a lawsuit. He will have made $25 million in 2 years. I sssure you that you care more than he does.

I have no pity for millionaires.

When did you review his contract counselor

The one thing that you're assuming is none of it was true. The only person who knows is him and her. If it were a slam dunk, why not quit, forfiet $15 million, and sue for $30 million?

He has done literally fricking nothing to prove he deserved the job. shite coaching and shite recruiting is all he's been able to produce so far.
You do realize recruiting is next to impossible when recruits hear from literally the day he was hired that he is a dead man walking.
I say it all the time. Auburn is like the worst Baptist church. As soon as a new pastor is hired, there is a large portion of the congregation who want him fired before his first sermon. There's always a large subset of the Auburn movers and shakers who want to fire the coach before his first game.

No sympathy really, but I do hope he moves on to great success after leaving awbarn.

I’ve known a bunch of rich people, and they worry just like the rest of us. Hell, Jimbo’s carrying around about 50 extra pounds of stress on his belly right now, and he looks miserable. Everybody wants to feel competent at what they do and supported by their community. I feel a little bad for him; not a lot.

This never happened but tRetards are upvoting it like crazy.
Herman got treated far worse than Strong did by the end and he wasn't close to being our all-time worst HC. We ran Herman out of town and tried staining his name with the Kendra Scott stuff.
Sure Red McCombs didn't want strong, But lets not act like we dont have our share of SJW donors. Joe Jamail's family renamed our field in support of BLM

He never had a chance at Auburn. They attacked the dude when he got off the plane. Auburn has the same problem that we had at alabama for 25 years before Saban got their. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Boosters are destroying the program!

Nope. If he was half a coach he wouldn't be on his way out the door. He got a few extra million to come to Auburn and suck it up before Boise got rid of him.
