Do we replace LSU with Tulane when LSU gets the boot?

Tulane has had much better success in football recently than LSU, and has enough players to field a basketball team. Plus, New Orleans is a much better trip to make than the ghetto known as Baton Rogue.

We should just go Independent, then we would be assured of a playoff spot every year just like Notre Dame.

Dear God, the SEC would be so bored without us. Especially Ole Miss fans. They literally have nothing else that they like to talk about.
Just a note for you, LSU brings in a lot of media and viewership for the league. Do you think they’re gonna kick us out? We are primetime television.

Yes, Tulane for LSU is a great deal.
-Keep the geographic footprint
-Keep the only nice part of Louisiana (uptown New Orleans)
-Much better academic school, which raises the conference academic level
-More recent playoff appearance, so they are more competitive in the NIL era
-Already has 3 SEC titles
Bring in a nice Private school and ditch the glorified community college in BR
