That sounds quite rehearsed. I would love to read up on this abuse of power that threw the damn mascot out...the mascot. Calling bs. Where and when?

They can’t but the whistler may be a case to change/expand the umpires authority. Invoke a disturbing the peace clause.

The Whistler… and when I say the Whistler I mean the one with gray slicked back hair and beaver teeth… is a bitch. But the main reason he’s a bitch is because if anyone tries to remove him or if any fan lays a hand on him he’ll call the cops and press charges and have you thrown in jail.

I have never seen something as silly as whistling, trigger this many people. All he’s doing is whistling guys. The cowbells at MSU are a hell of a lot more annoying then the whistling. Every baseball game I go to, has someone whistling. I don’t know why people make such a big deal about it. Just block it out, it’s not that hard.

Pretty sure it was ESPN that had him removed from the CWS game. The guys doing the game and the network complained about him.

They can eject anyone from the ballpark but it’s not like he is breaking any rules. He is just whistling. It’s annoying as hell but it’s not an artificial noisemaker or anything profane so what do you expect them to do?
