Not unless the sanctioning body (BCS) yanks it from Aubie. Until such a time it is theirs and theirs alone.
If by some some chance that does happen, then I'd say TCU deserves it.

NO WAY *uburn gets this title oklahoma PLAYED for it ............if it goes to anyone, its the team COMPETEING for the title in the bcs game.......*uburn didnt even get to the bcs game......they need to concentrate on keepng the *itle they SCAMMED THIS YEAR.......

I would vote for USC, they won they AP poll. They were the NC that year.
