It doesn’t matter who the coach is. The culture does not represent winning they have guy cheerleaders and have to practice cheering.

Realistically they will keep him another year or two.
I will give Elmo credit: he conned A&M into thinking he was gonna get that PEnn State job and they gave him a ridiculous extension.

He went 0 for 3 in the offseason so maybe he isn't. Handed the o and d coordinator jobs to two guys that have never been head guys. And then he didn't bring in a qb to challenge Reed, total bone head move.
