No problem with it as long as Vandy isn’t pretending they don’t lower standards for athletes.
Kid got a chance to go an academic powerhouse that he couldn’t have sniffed otherwise. Good for him. It’s not like it prevented them from enrolling a valedictorian non-athlete.

Pavia got in Vandy because of his football skills. Not saying he is not smart. He may be. Good for him. And Auburns STEM is great.

ETA: As a matter of fact, always respected them because they wanted UA as a permanent opponent, even before the first expansion in 1992.

Y’all won. Who cares anymore. Pavia talked shite but couldn’t back it up. Saban’s Bama would’ve just kicked arse, moved on and focus on the next opponent.
