If the rules are JUCO does not count, I’d buy JUCO farms and have multiple QBs start at that level. Easier to get better playing than watching.

Well, in reality, he’s not a very good QB. Scrappy, yes, but he’s very average. He’s basically a bargain bin Manziel in how he plays with way less talent
