One of my Bama friends that was there said he’s never seen that many visiting fans outside of an Iron Bowl.

I'd try to explain to you how last year doesn't mean jack shite for the next game..but you're clearly not smart enough to understand that so you keep thumping your chest about last year.
No worries though..if you lose you can always say the locker room was a bit stuffy and that's why you lost lol.

Texas is the second most populous state. U-Texas is the most popular team in the state...

So they have a lot of fans...

And they are all rich so they can travel.

Do you guys bring your entire marching band to away games? Texas A&M has brought their Aggie Band to Auburn many times. I always enjoy watching them.

Texas had a small band in the SE corner of upper deck
It was a party up there

Bama kept trying to play music to drown out, but the 4th Q sounded like a Texas home game.

They did! My daughter was at game and she had a lot of great things to say about the Texas fans. Says she met a lot of really nice people. She said it was funny seeing all of those cowboy hats in Tuscaloosa! Lol

This nicey, nicey shite will end after Texas and Alabama hook up for a few games as conference foes. It is going to be a bitter rivalry in a hurry.

I thought Texas fans weren’t given seating in the lower bowl. There was a good sized Texas section at one of the end zones, goal line area.

As much fun as this game was...it's going to heat up in a hurry. We have to be ready to play with this kind of intensity EVERY WEEK...which we don't have to do now. Hogs, Sooners, Aggies are all going to bring it when we play. We'll find out fast if we're up to the task.

I remember travelling to Tuscaloosa in 2003, there were a lot of OU fans, but we were all wearing Crimson and white :), so it was kind of hard to tell. Also, when I was there in 03 the capacity was much less, iirc it was in the low 80's. But I will say this, Bama fans were gracious, and we enjoyed hosting them the year before.
I went to the Ole Miss game in 2019 and it was significantly different. There was a different vibe to the fans as well.

Congrats on the win against a team that anyone with a brain knew would be average.

Umm, they have some really great talent. Average is Mizzou. They’re much better than Mizzou.
