A group of y’all hate him because he’s disrupting the traditional power structure, but the vast majority of the country loves that guy.
He’s personable, gives great unfiltered interviews, always ready with a quick sound bite, and he’s a winner.
He’s probably the most popular coach in college football.

Under stated dude. He has had NFL come sniffing. Even that isnt like it used to be. The college game is now what rules and Dabo has shown every body the way to do it. His coaches dont leave and his player's dont leave.
I truly honestly believe he will blow away the records for national title's. At his young age he already has 2 and could easily have 3.

Personally, I used to like Dabo, and would agree with many of the things you say about him.
However, over time, my opinion of him has changed. Now, think he's fake, disingenuous and petty. And it has little to do with he performance on the football field. You can make all the arguments you want about his coaching prowess, and you wouldn't be wrong. However, you can only play the affable country boy shtick for so long. For example, Dabo's still playing the underdog card. Give it a rest. His aw shucks, maybe the PEDs were in our shampoo theory. I'm sorry we're not buying it.
These are only a couple of examples of many.

I agree with you; I'm just talking about what average fans think. People love talking about him. He's different from the football coaches we're used to.
He's not a grouch like Saban, he's not unscrupulous like Urban or Jimbo, and he's not weird like Harbough.
Combine the down to earth personality with winning on the big stage results. TV loves him. Herbstreit sent his kids to Dabo. So did Richt. So did Ryan. Gus posted a picture a couple of weeks ago of his daughter watching TV wearing a Clemson helmet.
The guy is just different, and he's going to change a lot of things we're used to in the game.
