Heard lots of gloating about meaningless conference standings and fortuitous second round matchups but my how the turn tables.

I don't think anybody's hiding but one interesting thing is it seems that there are more threads started by other fan bases on Mizzou's early success in baseball than by Mizzou fans.
Of course that probably has more to do with the sweep of Tenner and the propensity to dis them.

I'm not aware of any of us hiding. Princeton was a predictable letdown, but it was still a great first season for Gates. Most of us expected to finish bottom of the conference and not even make the NIT.

I am rooting for Arkansas to win the 'chip. Most of us don't hate Arkansas. We get tired of y'alls' insecurity on the Rant, but that's about as heated as it gets.

Rev and Suli came to the mizzou board and have been pretty awesome. It's honestly only a few hogs and Tigers that get these kinds of threads started to begin with.

Gates did a hell of a job this year. Classy guy. I really missed Cuonzo and the easy W this year.

I don't know why Mizzou fans would be in hiding for arkansas beating kansas, pretty sure every Mizzou fan was wanting that outcome.
As for Mizzou, obviously upset the way the season ended. We got exposed in a way that really didn't happen all year outside of Q1 games. They exceeded every expectation. Very good first season, got the elusive NCAAT win, and excited for the Gates tenure. The hope is that he can take the next step. Not much else for Mizzou fans to talk about as far as basketball is concerned until the portal goes full bonkers.

Missouri had a good turn around season. They're doing just fine.
