Sure, the "bagman" stuff is known but the story of his father asking for $3M went viral.

I thought Deion Sanders coined "bagman" last season.

I guess it has been around for decades.

Manziel threw away his football career in order to consume drugs and party in Vegas and according to his own documentary probably should have been ineligible for several games.

He has no one to blame but himself.

He's probably lucky he's still alive.

Yes players have admitted they were paid. Eric Ramsey(Aub) and Charles Barkley(Aub)both got paid.At the very least most get a good deal on a car lease .

My dad worked at a luxury dealership in the late 80's and early 90's. The owner was an Ole Miss alum and players would come there during the summer to "work."

They'd show up just one time.

The owner would send a salesman out to the lot with the player to "pick out a car."
