Typical Runt post and mindset. You think Ole Miss boosters are going to just keep throwing up millions without a return? You can't guarantee championships because it's hard to win them. This is a way to keep the NIL coffers filled while keeping your money guys happy.

At the end of the day, this is way out of my tax bracket so I don't give 2 flying fricks. College football is ruined as we knew it so let's just get on with the circus.

As lsu fans do gymnastics explaining why Pete is actually a terrible coach and had nothing to do with Ole Miss playoff success.

Nobody knows what PG will do but he’s definitely lucky to have been handed a program with talent

And TC and KL

Yes, yes that’s exactly what LSU did.

it’s an LLC to be comprised of LSU’s own donors and patrons

Now this seems like a great story if true, so the governor and biggest donors at that meeting bought 10% of rev for 100 mil? This couldnt go wrong at all

Who floated the loan for these HELOC swamp trash motherfrickers?

That is the question.

No gymnastics necessary.

No one wanted stinky Pete for HC until the dumbass OM AD painted himself into a corner, meanwhile multiple SEC schools wanted Kiffin.

That’s all that needs to be stated.

But if you’re so inclined, poll other fans on this site and see who would want Golding as their HC right now. Not many.

IF it’s true then they really are out of money

....... but couldn't they just rent part of the proud LSU jersey for advertising space ? No, they'd never stoop so low ! No one would !

If this had just been about setting up an investment LLC this whole time the governor and school president wouldn’t be arse deep in it like they are.

He did UGA but that was Triidad Chamblis going god mode at the end of the game. That was not a very good uga team by uga standards.

Spot on. Trinidad Chambliss looked like Russell Wison in his prime in that game, and this year's Georgia defense looks way more like it will be a vintage Kirby Smart defense than last season. Georgia defense hasn't looked this sturdy heading into a season since 2021.

How do you know that? Serious question.

The fact that you thought “HELOC” was the analogy that best explained where LSU is headed tells me all I need to know about your ability to make a coherent argument. That might be one of the dumbest comparisons I’ve seen in a while.
