Can you imagine if UF gets Diggs and Agholor to go along with Driskel for the next few years? In a Weis offense. shite has me excited!

I'm kind of down on AU football at the moment. Seems like everything is falling apart. And I am pessimistic.

I'm actually gonna apply now after this past weekend. I wasn't even gonna bother applying, but friday and saturday night were fun enough for me to take a closer look

Speaking completely objectively...if you don't plan on joining a frat, Tuscaloosa is a lot more fun than Auburn. Otherwise, it's probably pretty close.

What's falling apart about it? Dude, down years occur. CFB is one huge cycle. Look at the youth on AU and relax.

You just lost a once in a generation player at QB, a first rounder D-lineman, + ~20 seniors off your 2 deep. Did you honestly expect to have a good season this year? No reason to panic unless things don't improve as the year progresses and it carries over into next season.

Not just the down year. Some high prospects aren't working out, we are missing on more prospects than usual, Malzahn will leave soon, Roof still blows, the investigations are pending, etc, etc... It could get crazy on the Plains soon.

I'm not talking about this season. I expected it to be rough.

What players did you expect to get that it's looking like are long shots now? I think AU is still in it for a bunch of kids.

305Gator on the MB goes to school with Deon and swears that he's committing to Bama in the next 3 weeks.
Poster on BOL that the staff is backing up and vouching for is saying that "It aint Auburn and Bama is the school to beat for Deon". Guy apparently has ties in Florida as well. TIFWIW

I mean this with the utmost respect, but shut the frick up, have some priorities, and grow a set of balls.

Obviously winning is more fun than losing but, at the end of the day, the college football season is what you make of it. It's short-lived and you'll miss it like hell when it's gone.

Some advice: Go to the games. Get there early with friends/family and set up a kickass tailgate. Grill out. Play cornhole. Drink early and often. Show up to the game and cheer your fricking arse off -- win, lose, or draw. Go home afterwards and don't sign on to the fricking internet until you've had time to realize that football is about entertainment, family, and school pride.

I'm ready for my medicine, das Fassbender/TideSaint, since you seemed so bent on me seeing your fail thread.

The butthurt is strong with this Aubie. Cyberstalking ole Fassbender like this is kinda creepy, but it let's me know I'm getting under your skin. When Bush commits to Bama in the next month remember to bump this thread.

And the article I linked where Bush gave his top 3 was not from an Alabama writer. It was from Mike Bakas who writes for SuperPrep, but it's fine if you want to bend the truth. You Aubies are good at that. Again, see this thread in about a month or so.
