Again, I ask. Why would the case not have been heard?

Ask Dellenger. It seems the general consensus is that LSU is attempting to walk back its stance by filling up its roster & thus cooling the room temp for tomorrow’s potential vote.

I would be surprised if that vote happens now since LSU caved.

the time is right to exit. LSU will remain silent and offer zero push back tomorrow , as the monetary offers they have been presented are insane.

Meh, this doesn’t have anything to do with the two roster spots. This has everything to do with LOIC.

Louisiana AG stated yesterday that she nor LSU has any intentions of trying to stop the hearing today.

That’s what prompted my question.

It seems as if Louisiana is content to let it play out in the courts, which will take years.

Which aspect are you referring to here? I can’t imagine any of this taking years to sort through and wouldn’t expect LSU to push back much after today.

The lost revenue from sponsors and NIL deals and ticket sales, merchandising, scheduling, loss of venue revenue for games that don’t get played

I would think that every person who has paid a dime into a SEC program who suddenly isn’t getting a return on their investment would look to recoup it.

I don’t know, maybe folks are more generous than I give them credit for being.

The Nike news is just the tip of the iceberg. The eyes of the brass have been opened to some very pleasant scenarios for the Tigers. Oh SEC, we no longer need you.
