I know someone who was neighbors with him when Deion played for Atlanta. The guy would go over to his house when he was 12 or so and would play ping pong against him in his garage. When the kid finally beat him, Deion kicked him out of the house.

Deion is a media creation of Portnoy the barstool billionaire who bankrolled him and bought 80 players for him. he doesn’t coach, he’s there for media relations and commercials. The whole thing is a fraud.

Deion’s game is the “disrespect flex” which he did as a recruit, as a college player, as a pro, and now as a coach. It works for him. The more you get “offended” by it, the more it works for him.

He beat a TCU team that would have gone 6-6 in the SEC West last year. But he also turned an actual dog shite team in to something that looks competitive.
