Everyone on the Score Board was talking about it being empty.

I was there and it wasn’t a full tilt experience. Had moments.

Took a while for the crowd to get into it, but they were rocking in the second half. Yeah there were some empty seats, but it was still well over what most schools could muster.

Tiger Stadium is never going to be as intimidating as it was when it earned its reputation consistently anymore for various reasons. But we get moments every now and again. A&M is the only stadium I’ve been to that came close to what LSU fans do.

You say this and there are 15 threads on tRant calling out ticket holders for not showing up.

That said, the old people need to give tickets to younger crowd. Also, serve liquor in the stadium, not just look warm transition fluid

Yes we get hyped for Bama. And UF and Auburn when they’re highly ranked. That is one game a year. Maybe two. Week in week out, it’s not what it was. I love Tiger Stadium, and by and large it’s still worse to play in than 99% of other schools’ stadiums. But it isn’t head and shoulders above everyone else anymore. It is what it is.

LSU fans know it doesn’t matter, same as all the rest of the West teams.

As lame of a reason as it may be, parking and after traffic are definitely a factor. It was gridlock for at least an hour where I was. Two families close to us left with 8-9 minutes left in the 4th to beat traffic.

It was a good, not great environment last night. We had a good time in our section, south endzone. The student section was pretty good last night. The east upper deck was not

2500 tickets remained unsold. Those were the visitors allotment in the top of the East Upper. Arkie returned those tickets.

People will hate but goddamn, ticket prices are higher than a giraffe pussy. It's going to get harder and harder for normal people to dish out $700 to see entitled college students suit up, play, sign a $2 million commercial deal and then transfer to Western Kentucky because their feelings got hurt...
