She did well for herself for sure, its just that UMD team would be real scary with her.

Just think what LSU will be with her and the recruiting class coming in for the next 2 years.

I hope not. :)

They certainly acted like that senior day game was their last.

yeah but that group is close so I think they wanted to do it together even if any of them come back. I could be wrong though

Why are you referring to Aliyah Boston as a "he"?

also always amazes me to see how much hate people have. Every thread with Dawn ends up with X number of comments calling her vile names, yet she pushes and builds the womens game more than most. oh well

it could just be that we dislike her personally. my wife was watching the LSU/uSC game and i mentioned that I'm not a fan of Staley, and she asked, since when do you know any wBB coaches. I sent her a link to Staley's false accusation against BYU, and then the video of her behavior after winning the NCAAt last year and her attire over the years. she said after all that, i was entitled to my opinion and it wasn't made out of ignorance.

i'm embarrassed, i won that argument for knowing how scummy she is but i also lost the argument for knowing that many things about wBB.

ETA: she obviously has done a great job of building the program, i'm not trying to detract from that. i just don't care for her behavior.

Her behavior after winning the title? What did she do out of line there?

Her outfits are her outfits, its no worse than what other coaches wear. She wears designer clothes. When it comes to wearing eagles gear before the superbowl, almost no Gamecock fans care. We know she is a philly native and we are fine with that

She also does a lot to uplift other coaches. She was given a piece of net from a mentor several years ago, when she won her first she passed it on. She publicly uplifted the OM coach a few days ago.

Listen, hate her politics are you want, but you can't knock the effort she puts into building the womens game.

as for the BYU issue, she felt something was there and she is entitled to not play that team, despite what the school said. I guess youre entitled to your opinion on that as well.

Sure you don’t, not now anyway. It wasn’t that long ago that MSU fans were on this board all about WBB just like LSU is now.

You don’t like what she did with BYU, I’m fine with that. That’s your opinion and I actually agree with it. But who has ever had issues with her attire? The only time I ever see it get mentioned is her rooting for her native Eagles. The horror.

Why are some men so threatened by stronger women? Stop being insecure, step out of the 1950s.

I actually think Kim should have gotten considering the quick turnaround at LSU

Staley is a great coach but she has built that program to this level. I’d argue that Mulkey had a more impressive year considering it’s just year 2 for her at LSU

I’d usually agree with this. But how can an undefeated season not be COTY? If we had lost any conference game and co shared the title I’d agree with you that it should’ve gone to Mulkey. She’ll get hers in the near future I’m sure.

Why name it coach of the year if going undefeated is all that matters? And same can be applied to Saban always winning it.

6'5" 200+ is a big dude brah.

quote:

Staley told reporters it was all about timing – that appearing for the anthem would have interfered in their pregame routine – but she previously said her team was boycotting the national anthem to “bring awareness to racial injustice in our country.” In fact, Staley said her team would continue its protest “until we’re able to come to the table with tangible things that change the way that people are treated – people of color, black people, minorities.”

He signed like a $24M extension right? That dude makes good money for crying false flags lie the "R" word right?!?

I guess if you don't wear 1990s era pant suits with 5 inch heels, then your coaching attire is unacceptable!
