Yea the excuses can be made, but that game was not as close as the score looked. UF had control from the second quarter on. There was never a worry of we can not score on them. We went conservative knowing Georgia could not score on us and let the clock go down. It would have been nice to run it up but with two lineman going down it was smart to play safely.

Stokes, Campbell, and Stevenson, especially Campbell got torched all game.

Campbell had a bad game.

Most of the rest was against our starting ILBs. Mullen called a great game stressing the linebacker position. Maybe if Lecounte was healthy to get the defense lined up, we would have replaced rice with a faster ILB (quay Walker or Channing tindall). But still... florida beat out one of our captains repeatedly in pass coverage (rice). That is a great gameplan and playcalling

He’ll care when he has to go against a team with excellent recruits, excellent coaching, and not injury depleted...

Ive talked about this before. Recruiting sites give WAY too much weight to 5-stars. 4-stars are usually just as good when it all shakes out.
I think the most accurate way to look at recruiting is to count the number of 4/5 stars, and add them together, then compare.
Florida has been raking in 4 stars every year

Great win by all means. That said,

What's the point of having tons of 5-stars, 4-stars, dominating everyone if you can't handle injuries?

We were out I think 6 starters on defense against Missouri and improved. I'm sure you'd've been all hat in hand humble. "Damn, those Gators were really missing a lot of starters."

"It's rough that way."

No way would you have come heavy if we lost to Missouri, not you.

Clemson has pretty much proven that you can be playoff caliber by signing top 10ish classes, great qb play, and having good to great coaching.

Those wheel routes did a number on you all. I haven't seen us run that many before today. Seemed to be a very big weak spot and it stretched the field because of it.

20+ yds a pop on the ten catches by the RBs averaged out

Boy I love our RBs diverse af all bring something different but they can all catch too

When u add Bowman to the mix wow. By the end it will be Bowman and Wright running wild with Emory or Ant doing the spread with a legit option QB

I believe Richardson will be a monster Mullen hasn't had a QB run 4.64 at that size

God I hope it sends Sorey to the gators

Arnold possibly Adeleye too

Dakota Mitchell a very good 2 way player might need to find a new school

Underwood needs to be processed first a scholarship to a long snapper who wants to play TE. Not gonna workout

Do what?

Did you see the MULTIPLE blown coverages we had and easy TD passes we missed?

We have any semblance of a QB and we score AT LEAST two more TD's.I couldn't believe fat Grantham high fiving folks and jumping up and down on the sidelines.

It pains me to say this but trust in Dan Mullen to hell with the recruiting services. If dan offers a low three star he is probably Really good Just nobody else knows it yet

With a spread/RPO base... any team with a good QB and an O line that can protect can put up really good numbers on any defense. Trask is good probably not great. Mullen is very good at an offensive scheme. UGA never has stopped the pass to the running back.

I am an LSU fan. I don’t think we have stopped the wheel route or back in the flat route since 2007.

Anyway. Don’t really like or hate Mullen. But he has always been tough on us
