He is a qb developer u will always be in it and have a shooters chance. Qb is the key ingredient for a championship team. If his defense and surrounding personel hit on all cylinders ever few years he will be a title contender. Wins like this change the perception and could change the tide of a program. Who knows... The bottom line is is you can coach a qb it makes up for a lot of deficiencies.

Kirby fricked up your QB room. It is the most important position on the team. Y'all would be National champs with Fields but he is a Buckeye because Kirby is retarded when it comes to QBs.
