Isn't this a Texas District Court? Not federal. What jurisdiction does this court have outside of Texas?

Only real option Sankey had was to say teams that accept players will have a ten day window that existing players have to transfer somewhere else. It's not fair for a player to have transferred there thinking they would be playing and then having an NFL player take their place.
