Couldn’t happen to a better person than Pete

If Ole Miss fans haven’t found out already, Pete is one of the most incompetent coaches in all of football and was only at Alabama because Nick Saban couldn’t keep coaches. They were asking for guarantees and wondering when he would retire etc.
Imagine having the minister of defense and lining him up as a decoy blitzer or even a NFL DPOY in zone coverage 90% of the time (OH WAIT ONE OF HIS PLAYERS ACTUALLY DID THAT)
Him and Bill O’Brien deserve nothing but failure coming their way at every stop of their careers for what they fumbled with some of the most generational talent in all of football.

Really makes you wonder why the great Lane Kiffin chose to make him one of the highest-paid DCs in the country.

he’s a solid DC and Lane’s offense can regularly win 10-11 games with a top 50 defense.

Haha. Screw Ole Miss. They deserve drunk Pete

It was comical to read all their fans during the playoffs act like he’s the only reason they are in those games. Talk about being born halfway between third and home plate
He has a reputation of being a POS and he’s never been a head coach in his life yet they are already building the statue like he’s Saban

And his first real task to be handled on his own has put OM under a magnifying glass.
Man, the portal has provided so many gifts this season.

Says the fanbase jizzing their pants over lane. He has a better chance of knocking up a student than he does of winning a title at LSU

So yall didn’t offer him an extension, right?

Ole Miss did but the pressure at ole Miss is completely different than the pressure at LSU. His worst coaching job at Ole Miss came the year he had the most pressure to win. He will fold like a cheap suit under the pressure from LSU. Especially after the L in Oxford week 3

Apparently the damning evidence according to Clemson is that Jaxson Dart is the one that reached out to him outside of the portal period.
Hate to tell yall but there is nothing at all against the rules about that. In fact, that was Lane’s strategy when Dart was the QB here.

Not as much as making you wonder why he was automatically hired as the HC.

Lane wanted him to come be DC at LSU
