A&M got Schloss, Florida coach reaffirmed today he is not interested in any other programs and wants to stay. Looks like Vitello is staying

So as we stand the top options are off the table and LSU is moving further down the list to coaches with questionable history

Come back Paul?

It doesn’t matter who A&M hires in a real sport. It’s the same story since 1939.

LSU could keep Paul Marinara and still be better than A&M.

We are always on your mind
And I always wish you’d fall off a cliff into shark infested waters with Barbara Streisand grabbing your leg and pulling you to a watery grave

That’s the plan until the season is over.

Honestly, Schloss, Vitello, and Sully aren’t even the top options.

Schloss puts his name out there every year, but has some significant recruiting advantages and hasn’t won the big game. If you’re going to gamble on a great coach with huge recruiting advantages you might as well swing for Corbin.

Vitello is a hot name because of this year, and rightfully so.

Sully is one of the top coaches in the game but apparently has some baggage, or that’s at least the word every single year when his name pops up.

We finally had Vol chime in today (whether you believe him or not) in a thread about a flight between Louisville and BR. Said that all the stuff that’s been coming out recently is smoke to make sure no one knows who we really want.

I definitely think our top candidates are some combination of McDonnell, Vitello (but some people think Woodward may view him as unproven), Corbin (doubt we get him), Godwin, and MAYBE Casey (really could have been a smokescreen, not sure)

You know what’s funny about Danielle the douche. He fires off stupid threads like this but never reads the responses because he knows it will a bloodbath. And for someone with the skin thickness of Peter Fonda he can’t handle it. No bigger dipshit on the rant.

Really surprised I haven’t seen O’Connors name mentioned.

Unsure, he’s just one of the usual suspects who has been suspiciously absent from the rumors. Another is Tadlock.

So only his stupid threads triggers half the LSU fanbase here? I think not, it doesn't matter if he starts a thread, or just responds in one, it's like a moth to a flame, he owns you.

LSU’s current coach and future coach are both still playing. Congrats to A&M for sucking and missing the playoffs, and congrats again for hiring one of the top 64 coaches in the country.

I mean he’s definitely better than that

One thing he wasn’t though is our “top candidate”

He was probably the hottest name in baseball in 2015. Not a ton of history at UVA.

He’s got 100% of ther CWS appearances and 15/18 of their postseason appearances and they’re back in a super this year. He’s the first coach with a winning career record at UVA since the 40s

And he is only 50. He got that job crazy young.

I am Kinda surprised he isn’t a name.
