Do teams with SOS higher than 50… like BOTH BYU and Notre Dame get injuries over the course of a season?
Follow up… if yes, why?

Your school plays in a second tier conference. I haven’t watched GA tech play ever because they haven’t played an important game in my memory.

Sorry but being irrelevant isn’t a strategy. And next time, not to bring up another sport, but beat the three seed you host in baseball. Imagine being a favorite to win the CWS and get your arse kicked by a team that got knocked out in the first round of the sec tournament. Hilarious melt.

Sad we’ll never see the yellow jackets grace our tv screens because they’ll never play a game of consequence and will never get an invite to play in the SEC (again) despite being smack dab in the region.

Have your fun. It only comes around once every 40 years for BYU, so chances are you will be dead when it happens again for BYU. Enjoy.

That is about as often as Bama hires a decent coach that has not previously been vetted by LSU.

Notre Dame is a .500 team against the SEC since 2000, so beating them is not that impressive for SEC teams, but I realize it is a big deal for BYU.
