You now have one of the worst starting tes OU has ever had! He doesn’t block , can’t catch and commits tons of penalties!

What a melt. At worst we got a depth piece. We already have Trey’dez Green, and we’re not done in the portal. Honestly might have took Bauers just for comedic relief to sh*t on the Sooners again.

Kelly has faults but TE is not one of them

I don't know how OU is going to replace his 300 yards catching on the year lol. And that int he threw was epic! Good Luck!
He did lead the team in receptions. That how bad things were. When your top 5 WR's are out and your playing a DB and a white freshman walk-on at WR that's what you get.

Bauer was another guy i had high hopes for….but was disappointed we used to have great TE that were game winners….
\Bauer never won a game for use and disappointed more often than not. The TE was a key position, but Roberts the other TE could block and although not in that much I had a more favorable impression of him..
Bauer whiffing on blocks led to failed plays at key points in games…..and passing to the other team…
The OC that was fired would run plays where Bauer had to block for the play to work, that is one reason that OC is gone….
