And we are supposed to be scared of the NCAA investigating us for “tampering”

Guess Texas Tech gets to go find a starting QB now...

Whole lot of teams are going to be looking to strengthen some post-spring weak spots (assuming they have the roster spots).

Wasn't there a recent ruling where no judge could set an injunction covering the whole country?

Unelected robed jackasses are the actual tyrants in this country. Some unbelievably stupid people have been appointed.

It feels like just two days ago chicken started a thread about something similar. Something about Alabama fans complaining about the state of college football.

I find it very coincidental that this judge makes this ruling mere hours before the Big Ten and the SEC release a joint statement saying they support the latest version of Ted Cruz's bill.

Next dilemma

Say a 5th year player wants to return to his old school and they say no. He takes them to court and says he’s being denied a 5th year. Rogue judge says team must take him back and anyone else who wants to return for 5th year because they only left assuming clock ran out

Far fetched?

Might be back to taking extra players to keep off other teams like the old days lol

"She is the first openly LGBT federal judge in Colorado and the first openly LGBT woman to serve as a federal district court judge west of the Mississippi"

Another pathetic Biden DEI hire. Shocker.

Democrats have to literally ruin everything they touch. They can't even let us have college sports.

Truth

this may not be the final word though - let’s see if there are appeals and what the higher courts say
