In our first game in the regional we were down by 8 runs in the 8 th inning and won by 2 or 3 runs and didn’t have to bat in the ninth .
In our second game of the regional, against the host usm , who had the second best era in the country, we were down by 4 runs in the 9th with 2 outs and a 1-2 count and won . Then we lost the next two games to be eliminated.
What a way to go out. We had another comeback in the last game where we were down 4 in the 7th and tied it up but lost to a sac fly in their last ab

Yep. This HAS been a relatively boring CWS. almost no lead changes and big margins.
