McDonnell left his pitcher in too long just like Lemonis did the night before. Now both are going home. Enjoy the off-season.

Lemonis didn't leave his pitcher in long enough. Did you even watch the Louisville State game?

Coaches aren't the brightest people but know their job. You're probably equally as dumb to them.

Honestly, it’s really bizarre given McDonnell got some shite for pulling a closer with one out left for a fresh guy in the regional.

He should’ve pulled Smith’s arse aside anyway after he pulled the stunt he did taunting Vandy.

Single-handedly let a pitcher’s emotions cost his team a huge game.

I’d like to see you organize hundreds of practices and coach 56+ games a year and let’s see how well you do. My bet is you wouldn’t even be able to organize one practice

Hindsight is 20/20... it's easy to say something like that right now

If he had changed pitchers and lost you'd be saying he pulled the pitcher too quick, being a baseball manager is a tough job.

Exactly. Hind sight is 20/20 but I thought this out loud when he did it. Leibelt has done a good job for us this year but they weren't touching Ginn with any consistency. He was at 81 and his pitch count has been real low latter part of the season so maybe he was tired or was getting tight. But if he had even a fume left in the tank, he should gone one more. And then Gordon is just being Gordan. ON/OFF -off

Would shite his pants the moment he walks in front of 35 D1 Level athletes with their eyes on him expecting to be led.

The dumbest head D1 college baseball coaches are smarter than 80% of the people who call them stupid.
