That's girl #2. Girl #1 was a non-athlete who was at a party where Guice was, got drunk, didn't remember anything, and said she thought Guice raped her to a friend of hers on the diving team. The girl never reported it to anyone and asked the diver not to say anything. Diver says she told her coach about it. The coach told the AD and someone from the AD then talked to the diver friend. Girl #1 then says she received an e-mail from the university, couldn't remember who and says she can't access the e-mail anymore. She then says she went to the school health center and told a nurse she didn't want to report it. Then she told her boyfriend who was an unnamed LSU football recruit.
