I got a good one; East Carolina firing Ruffin McNeil.

Jeff Bower at Southern Miss
Bower spent 29 years at the University of Southern Mississippi as a quarterback, assistant coach and head coach.
His replacement Larry Fedora had some success there for a couple of years after Jeff Bower was gone....but honestly USM football has not been the same since Bower left

Yeah, and what's most amazing about Jagodzinski is how he had a career decline like nothing else I've ever seen after BC fired him.
BC stupidly fired him after the 2008 season for interviewing for interviewing for an NFL head coach job that he didn't get. By 2012, Jagodzinski was wide receivers coach for an NAIA school called Ave Maria. By 2017, he was offensive coordinator for Notre Dame High School in Chatganooga, Tennessee. You can look at his Wikipedia article- I'm not joking.
Disclaimer: I know nothing about this man personally.
Theory: He's a terrible human and and a bad interview. That would explain the decline if he did, indeed, have coaching chops.

Good one. Southern Miss was the one G5 school you always felt nervous about playing.

Philip Fulmer Tennessee. Should have Camp Phil for another year or so until they found a better coach to take over. Then , Derek Dooley.

OM firing Cutcliffe.
No. Cutcliffe came in and destroyed our roster completely. He was a terrible coach that lost games he had no business losing.

Then Craig James goes on ESPN and talks about how much he agrees with this decision by Texas Tech lmao. He and his son are both pussies.

Agreed. Mullen was a dangerous coach as proven at miss state. They bailed way too fast now are stuck with Billy. Hilarious.

Mullen had to go. The whole team quit on him. With Grantham doing Grantham things and Mullen allowing it it created a toxic culture that couldn’t be fixed.

Mike Dubose at Bama. One of their finer coaches who won them an SEC title. They did that man wrong.

Plenty of coaches who have been fired have done things to hurt the programs who gave the loser coaches a chance.
It comes down to honor. Coaches that do it have no honor.
