Your logic is flawed, although I do agree with the premise that polls are nonsensical as can be witnessed weekly with lower ranked teams being favored over higher ranked teams.

SEC still owns the league despite everyone looking shaky at points. Big XII and Pac-12 are quietly solid too. ACC only very technically has 7/14 receiving votes… two of their schools got one 25th place vote. Big Ten and ACC not really impressing.

Right now Alabama just looks like the better team. We slept walked our way through games for two weeks and Alabama beat a good Arkansas team with their best QB out. Alabama deserves it. Hopefully we get our yips worked out and come back. We'll see.
