Preseason rankings are such garbage. Look at how much they influence this shite. How can Oregon remain in the top 25, but Oklahoma State not be there? This makes no sense.

No reason to have a 1 loss team ranked in week 3, that includes LSU. Teams with early losses have all season to climb back in, the pre-weighted rankings based on pre-season expectations are useless.
It’s also the coaches poll though, not exactly the brightest individuals among us.

Miami shouldn’t be at 5 they looked pedestrian against Wake and LSU dropped too far considering it was a top 10 matchup.

Rankings shouldn’t exist until November. That being written, even as a Poke alum, I need to see more before I feel like being ranked is justified.
