He’s an elite recruiter, infectious personality, great contacts, and good DL coach. Bebe is so close to Lane that I assumed he would have been on the staff when it was originally announced.

No, he's not. He's a joke of a DL coach. O had one skill and one skill only - he was a bag man in recruiting.
The one time he was hired to coach DL that didn't involve recruiting - with the New Orleans Saints - he got his arse run out of town by Payton in a New York minute.
