Agreed. Its just the height of hypocrisy for something like that to be broadcast by ESPN. If one of their announcers made light of the way LeBron spoke, it would be the end of said broadcaster's television career.

Its funny cuz it's true. Even the waterboy coach gif in this thread always makes me laugh because we have a sense of humor and don't sweat the petty shite.

Actually, he has a very deep gruff voice, but he doesn't have a Cajun accent. Bobby Hebert? Yes, Ed Orgeron?, not even close.
And you must be fricking deaf, because not one reporter or interviewer has ever had a problem understanding him.
A deep voice does not = 'accent' for people who can't comprehend that.

1) Coach O’s dad died, morons.
2) Pretty sure the kid who “sounds like he might have be skipping some classes” is Jacoby Stevens — who is actually extremely smart & had better attendance than I did (all the football players do — they literally send dudes with an iPad to randomly check their classes). That’s just how he talks.
