Family moved semi early in my life up this way, raised me in our tradition of being an LSU Fan, as will I with my son.

I return to Baton Rouge often for games and to see family living there.

That’s fair. Nothing wrong with that.

You are right LSURep. People should stay away from northwest corner of SC. It's beyond terrible. Lake Jocasse is a horrible, terrible mountain lake. Don't visit. Table Rock is the worst.

And especially stay away from the upper reaches of the Chattooga River and the Big Bend area. I heard hillbillies do things to people up there - or at least I seen it in a movie. There are no trout up there, and the hiking trails are the worst. Everyone do yourself a favor and forget that the area around Clemson exists.

The name "Death Valley" was first used by the head coach of Presbyterian College, whom we used to play for our home opener every season back then.

So your stadium has a nickname from a coach of a no-name school that was terrible in the 40s is no longer on the radar. And a rock.

Hang your hat on what you like. I’ll take the word of Bear Bryant, Bobby Dodd and many others. You guys may have used it first, but

There is no comparison
