Played poorly. I think LSU did a job with coverages. Got to give them credit for that but he didn’t play well at all. No excuse. LSU was the better team. They deserve the win.

For some reason we stopped running ETN
Teams tend to stop running when they are playing from behind 3 scores.
He also got several carries later in the game. He just didn’t carry it anywhere

The reason being that your coaches knew they couldn't keep LSU from scoring. You weren't getting to 50 points running the ball, and they knew they would need 50 to have a chance.
There's a reason Dabo didn't use his timeouts, you know.

Nah bruh they just thought OSU had a better secondary and used that to buffer their feelings and hide from it. Easy ACC schedule, play a decent OSU team, ran into a buzzsaw in the NCG. That is all

Lawrence is soft. Clemson fans are snowflakes.

Your OC tried a trick play on te first play. That is the first example to me they don’t think they could play with us
Clemson DC played a defense they have never played. That was the second example

Aranda = BV
That's why. Both did a good job throwing the others qb off their game

No offense to Trevor Lawrence but Kelly Bryant went to the National Championship too. He's a good qb and not as good as Trevor but both of those Clemson teams had great overall team and any top 20 ncaa qb could have taken them down a similar path. Kelly Bryant didn't fare so well when he got to the SEC and Mizzou's team wasn't as good.

So a year ago when Clemson dominated Alabama 44-16 for the National Championship Game, Clemson played an ACC schedule while Bama played an SEC schedule.
How were they able to do that if the SEC is so much better than the ACC? Fact is both last year and this year, the better team won and their conference affiliation was irrelevant.

LSU's secondary played well but he missed some throws badly. For some reason we stopped running ETN and the game was lost.
He missed throws because he felt pressure. It’s harder when you don’t have clean pocket.
You stopped running Etienne because LSU bottled him up and you were down 10 to 17 points.
Trevor should cut his fricking hair. He looks like he’s trying to imitate Fabio.

Don’t know what the hell was going on last night with Lawrence...he had time to throw...just wasn’t accurate. LSU DBs stepped it up in the second half. Bottom line: Burrow outplayed him and we lost. Congrats to LSU and look forward to another run next year.
I don’t think anything was wrong with him other than being young and rattled by a lot more pressure than he’s used to facing. Credit to him for finding a way to ultimately overcome it against OSU, but he looked like he might have been experiencing a hangover effect from the physicality of that game. He got right back up after some hard hits, but also hurried tons of throws when he thought LSU’s pass rush had the slightest chance of getting home. Just impossible to put the ball in the right place when timing is that far off.
Clemson’s defense had Burrow reeling for awhile themselves. I think Burrow’s overall maturity was a difference maker, though. He’s older, spent years working up to a starting job, and getting the better of him had become the Holy Grail of CFB well before the regular season ended. For weeks at a time he played with a target on his back, all while trying to figure out a novel defensive scheme on a few days of prep and knowing that he either had to find a way to make the plays or his team was out of the running.
Lawrence is no rookie, but he just didn’t have the opportunity to gain that same level of developmental experience this season. Two really tough games in a row broke his concentration and he couldn’t get it together; it happens. He has talent and time on his side, though, and there’s no quit in him. I expect when all is said and done he’ll be an even better QB for this.
