I rarely wear anything TN now that I’m back in TN. If I wear sports stuff it’s an Indians hat or a Emporia Kansas shirt or GCSU alumni stuff.
My daughter wears Tennessee stuff to games/events but also has UGA, Bama, Auburn (and a bunch on non SEC schools) hats, shirts, bags from camps.

Luckily mine is at Auburn. He also looked at Tennessee and Clemson so at least it would’ve all been orange

I don’t wear LSU gear either, a hat sometimes.
I’ll buy a shirt or two if there’s a parents section for football games. IDK how that all works.

Yeah, I would if he attended another SEC.
But, if he or she went to N Korea, would you cut your hair like this idiot?

Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, or LSU would be ok. I would raise hell and demand a DNA test if the kid wanted to go to Alabama.

You live with it when you have kids at Auburn and Alabama. For most it is just a game and meant to be fun. None of this is supposed to be life or death. Haven’t lived up to that at times but it is just that simple.

The Clausens were like this. Casey was at Tennessee and Rick was at LSU. They had half and half jerseys

I am Ole Miss (played one year), and LSU, my wife is LSU. My kids are Alabama, Auburn and Texas.

And that's what we Ole Miss folks know about you State folks. Inferiority reigns with the cowbell club...

Will wear the enemies colors but only if he ends up playing a sport. UT would have to offer him a full scholarship and I’d still have a hard time with that one. Doubt it is something I’ll have to worry about though.

My kid is a freshman at A&M this year and bought me an Aggie Dad shirt. I wear it proudly. Proud of my kid and A&M is a great school. Great engineering program, everyone is friendly, good conservative values abound, and College Station is a true college town. There isn't a better all around college experience in the state.

I don’t own any A&M clothing. My kids have a few shirts. If they went to school somewhere else I don’t imagine I’d suddenly start buying school shirts then either.

If only he was good enough to get a scholarship to play for LSU we wouldn’t be having this dilemma, amirite?

If I took my kid to a game and this happened. They would have to leave my home.

Heck yea. My daughter is really being recruited by Ms St. If she can go there and get a paid education I'll be a cowbell ringing motherfricker until she's out of school but I would expect her to be a Bulldog for life even though she has gone to Bama games and wore Bama gear all life. She should be a Bulldog from that point on.
