re: Check in if you think Arch Manning is a Dud or a Stud. For the record preseason statement.

His fate is directly tied to an inexperienced OL. So up and down until November. Blossoms into a stud by end of year barring OL injuries.

We'll never find out what he is in that offense. It doesn't require a QB to make NFL throws. Very similar to the situation to Tennessee's offense.

Not studly but IMHO he will have a better than average season!

Arch Manning is quite possibly the most overrated player in college football history. He will be exposed in a major way against Ohio State. It will get ugly.

Last years offense wont be this years offense. Overall it’s will change to a more power run scheme with more emphasis on the deep ball. You didn’t see that the past 3 years because Quinn struggles with the deep ball. This will be more of a Sark at Bama scheme.

He will be very good but not great. Pump the brakes Tex, save the stud language for his second full season. There’s a learning curve

What you ran last year was Sark's offense at Alabama. That's what it does. It hasn't changed.

On the field or in the sororities? Both Archie and Eli did well at Ole Miss at both.

Dud. Average QB anointed bc of last name and manning bias
Dude couldn’t beat out Quinn ewers

I believe he will have a solid season. Not sure he's a stud, but he will get the job done.

Last year definitely was not Sarks offense at Alabama. He was forced into an outside scheme due to RB injuries and relied on the short to intermediate pass due to Quinn’s are ability and oblique injury.

He’ll be a stud. I didn’t give him much thought since he played at Newman and wasn’t competing against a lot of high level talent until the playoffs where they always lose. But it’s clear he’s a good QB and obviously a much better pure athlete than his uncles

Until you watch him see a lane and take it 30-40yds, something his uncles could never do. He has another element to his game everyone is forgetting about

He has a NFL roster surrounding him. Best college athletes money can buy. If he doesn’t succeed from the get go yes he fricking sucks.

I really think he’ll be somewhere in the middle.
He won’t be as bad as some want him to be. But he won’t live up to his family name either.
Probably won’t cost Texas any games but won’t put the team on his back and win them close games either

Stud. Not as good as the media hype but a lot better than most people here think.

Very athletic with good speed and good QB build. Throws a nice deep ball. Has a great attitude, and his teammates like him and will play hard for him. He and the O line will need time to develop. I don’t expect instant success, but I think if Arch stays healthy and the O line matures, he will put a lot of highlights up and will look solid by season end.
